Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work hours - onsite in office - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. There is little to no overtime with this position.
- Conduct troubleshooting over the phone to identify and correct mechanical failures on customer's equipment.
- Solicits sale of new or additional services.
- Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
- Talks to customers by phone or in person to investigate conditions surrounding equipment failures.
- Assists customers by suggesting parts necessary for equipment repairs.
Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- Six (6) months to one (1) year of customer experience
- Knowledge of Epicor and MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- There is no heavy lifting necessary with this position
