Key Responsibilities

• Engage in various function-based accounting activities, including cash and banking, revenue deferrals, and marketing expenses.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end close duties, such as processing manual journal entries and performing variance analysis.
• Collaborate with accounting partners across North America and globally.
• Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and analyze cash balances.
• Work closely with senior staff and management for daily and weekly cash clearing.
• Support internal and external audits and quarterly/annual reviews.
• Identify and implement process improvements proactively.
• Participate in special project work as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2 years of comparable accounting experience.
• Strong accounting background with critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Experience with SAP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
