• As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools.
• You will be tasked with grading concrete and guiding screed to ensure proper depth and pitch.
• Concrete Finishers must be able to apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure the concrete surface.
• Attention to detail is crucial as you will be responsible for checking the forms that hold the concrete to ensure they are properly aligned.
• Communication skills are essential as you will work closely with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks.

• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher is required.
• Knowledge of various finishing techniques and tools is essential.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina and strength are necessary for this role.
• Attention to detail and teamwork skills are a must.
