Product Support Specialist — Water/Wastewater Equipment | Coral Springs, FL | On-Site Our client is an engineering-led manufacturer of water and wastewater machinery — pumps, flow meters, valves, and related equipment — used in infrastructure, irrigation, and industrial applications nationwide. They're hiring a Product Support Specialist to join their Coral Springs, FL team on-site. This role is built around the company's electromagnetic flow meter product line and blends technical troubleshooting, order coordination, and distributor support. You'll be the front line for customers and distributors, not a ticket-closer, but someone who actually understands how the equipment works and can talk shop with the people using it. What you'll do: Handle incoming technical support calls and emails for flow meters; run troubleshooting checklists and resolve common issues Escalate complex issues to engineering with organized documentation Maintain support tickets, troubleshooting records, and FAQs Process orders and RFQs; communicate pricing, lead times, and inventory to customers and distributors Assist customers with product selection and basic technical questions Own warranty claims and RMA processing, coordinating with warehouse and engineering on returns and replacements Support distributor onboarding and technical training, including webinars and walkthroughs Contribute to spec sheets, installation guides, exploded views, and technical literature Assist with product photography and distributor-facing technical materials What you bring: 5+ years of experience in industrial product support, field service, technical inside sales, or a related role (5–15 years preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Comfortable reading technical/mechanical drawings Background in pumps, valves, flow meters, irrigation, HVAC, or the water/wastewater industry is a strong plus Military mechanical or aviation maintenance background welcome Clear written and verbal English communication — daily contact with contractors, plumbers, drillers, technicians, and plant operators Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning follow-up independently after training Schedule: On-site, Coral Springs, FL — Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. #J-18808-Ljbffr Synergy Business Consulting, Inc.
