You're gonna crush it if

You have 2-3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or regional marketing

You have hands-on experience coordinating logistics for trade shows, sponsorships, and B2B events

You're obsessed with details and have the organizational skills to prove it

You work cross-functionally with ease – sales teams, marketing colleagues, and external vendors all love working with you

You're comfortable being on-site and owning execution with confidence and professionalism
