Data Entry Specialist

Pay: $24.00/hr Schedule:

Office Hours: M-F 8AM-4PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and focused Data Entry Specialist for a long-term office role. This position requires extensive computer work, including heavy use of Excel and Microsoft Word. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, maintaining accuracy, and managing large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy

• Work extensively in Excel (spreadsheets, data input, formatting)

• Use Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting

• Maintain organized digital records and files

• Review, verify, and correct data as needed

• Support administrative tasks within the office

• Follow all confidentiality and data-handling procedures

Requirements

• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail

• Advanced comfort with computers and typing

• Heavy experience with Excel and MS Word

• Ability to stay focused for long periods of computer work

• Reliable attendance and professional communication

• Prior office or data entry experience preferred
