Senior Global Study Manager - Clinical Research , Central Labs Services

Labcorp seeks an experienced Global Study Manager for its Central Labs Services team to manage high-complexity clinical trials remotely. The role involves overseeing project delivery, coordinating between clients and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and liaison between clients, CROs, and Labcorp teams
• Oversee project management including budget, risk, timeline, and milestone tracking
• Facilitate communications between clients and extended study teams for seamless delivery
• Manage portfolio of global, high-complexity clinical studies and monitor performance metrics
• Drive process improvements and contribute to continuous quality and productivity initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry experience
• 5+ years managing complex global clinical projects with budget and risk oversight
• 5+ years client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• 2+ years working within central laboratory operations
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) preferred
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences preferred

Compensation: $60,000-$100,000
