Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Towson, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technologist or Radiologic Cardiovascular Interventional Specialist (RCIS) Days 40 hours per week. This role involves supporting interventional and diagnostic cardiac procedures in a high-volume, interdisciplinary Cardiac Interventional Center of Excellence. Candidates must have recent experience in cardiac cath lab scrubbing and be comfortable with a variety of complex procedures. Job Details Certifications: ARRT-R and/or RCIS, BLS, and ACLS required. Education: Valid ARRT-R or RCIS certification. Location Requirements: Active MD or Compact License. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent catheterization lab or interventional scrubbing experience, with at least 1 year of overall clinical experience. Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Day shift, 40 hours per week, starting 09/14/2026, ending 12/14/2026. Responsibilities include assisting with procedures such as PFO, ASD, TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, and structural heart interventions, operating and maintaining imaging equipment like GE Innova IGS and Philips systems, and ensuring procedural sterility using sterile technique. Additional operational details: On-call required up to 13 weekdays weekly, with weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled. Candidates should be willing to float within scope and accept the scheduling parameters, including RTO restrictions and auto-offer policy.
