Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.Experience Requirements: Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Job Duties: Assemble and repack parts according to daily production schedules. Produce parts following established work procedures. Assist machine operators with basic setups and adjustments. Perform quality inspections on finished products. Report safety concerns and quality issues promptly. Complete daily production paperwork accurately. Follow continuous improvement and workplace safety processes.Physical Capabilities: Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
