What You'll Do: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the site's EHS training program, including training matrices, compliance tracking, and learning management systems. Design and deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training while building train-the-trainer capabilities across multiple business functions. Develop and facilitate Safety Leadership training programs for supervisors and leaders, incorporating leadership accountability, Human Performance (HOP) principles, and incident investigation methodologies. Monitor training compliance, audit readiness, workforce qualifications, and key performance metrics, using data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate incidents, strengthen training programs, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in EHS or Engineering or Industrial Hygiene 7+ years of experience in EHS experience, preferably in Semiconductor, High-tech manufacturing, R&D environments with complex hazards. 7+ years of experience in LMS platforms and training compliance systems What Sets You Apart: Demonstrated success building or transforming EHS training programs Strong knowledge of OSHA/Cal-OSHA regulations Proven ability to influence leaders and drive accountability Strong facilitation and executive-level communication skills CSP, ASP, CHST, or similar certification Experience with Laser safety programs, Electrical safety / QEW environments, Hazardous materials and chemical safety Familiarity with Human Performance (HOP) ,Learning teams, Structured investigation methodologies Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
