This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment typically ranging from 5 to 25 tons across a variety of commercial facilities. Why join us? Strong Compensation Package Excellent Benefits Career Growth Job Details Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair light commercial HVAC systems Service equipment including package units, split systems, heat pumps, and rooftop units Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Identify mechanical or electrical issues and provide effective solutions Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance and recommended repairs Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with industry standards Qualifications Experience servicing light commercial HVAC systems (5–25 ton range) Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical components Familiarity with RTUs, split systems, controls, and refrigerant systems Valid driver’s license and clean driving record If you have a passion for HVAC systems, a knack for problem-solving, and a dedication to providing top-notch service, then we want to hear from you.
