Project Manager – Ground-Up Commercial Construction
Miami, FL | $120,000–$140,000 Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

What You'll Be Working OnYou'll play a key role in delivering ground-up commercial construction projects , including:
- Luxury Retail
- Class A Office
- High-End Restaurants
- Mixed-Use Commercial Developments
- Hospitality Projects
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance.
- Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Drive quality control and maintain strong client relationships throughout construction.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects .
- Background in one or more of the following:
- Luxury Retail
- Class A Office
- High-End Restaurants
- Hospitality
- Mixed-Use Commercial
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software is a plus.
- $120,000–$140,000 Base Salary
