The successful candidate will be a meaningful contributor and thought-leader in identifying and assessing potential target companies, drive day-to-day transaction execution, and manage all aspects of industry and company analysis, valuation and financial modeling, and preparation of presentation materials. The candidate will mentor and develop junior teammates as well as comfortably interact with senior level executives both within and outside the organization. Some travel may be required but the length of the trips will generally be limited to a few days.
