Job Description:

This Nurse Practitioner opportunity is centered on providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adults receiving treatment for Substance Use Disorders in a medication-assisted treatment (MAT) setting. The provider will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of nurses and behavioral health professionals to assess patients, prescribe and manage medications such as methadone and buprenorphine, and support individuals throughout their recovery journey. This role requires a clinician who is committed to serving vulnerable and often marginalized populations with dignity, empathy, and respect while helping patients overcome barriers to treatment and long-term wellness.
