Marketing and Business Development Coordinator (Law Firm Experience)

We are conducting a search for a motivated Marketing and Business Development Coordinator with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business and 2–4 years of marketing or business development experience within a law firm. What You’ll Do: Managing the Firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, including data quality, user license management, marketing lists, reports, etc. Assisting with CRM training. Learning and utilizing Concep and other software tools as needed to support the distribution of digital marketing campaigns. Assisting with the Firm’s website, social media accounts, and blogs. Assisting with editing various marketing materials. Collaborating with the marketing/business development team members and performing other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related discipline. 2-4 years of marketing and/or business development experience. Law firm experience is preferred. Superior aptitude for detail and accuracy while exhibiting a high degree of critical thinking. Excellent communication and client service skills. Strong work ethic. Must work well under pressure and be a self-starter, problem-solver, proactive thinker, and team player.
