Insight Global is seeking a Clinic RN to support a busy oncology practice in Plano, TX. This position will work closely with providers and patients, focusing on patient follow-up, care coordination, treatment planning, and order management. The ideal candidate has experience in an outpatient clinic, oncology practice, infusion center, or case management environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care throughout the treatment journey.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care plans and provide ongoing patient follow-up.
• Serve as a primary clinical resource for patients, families, and providers.
• Manage physician orders, referrals, authorizations, and treatment-related documentation.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Review laboratory results and communicate findings to providers as needed.
• Triage patient concerns and coordinate appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Assist with symptom management, care planning, and patient navigation throughout treatment.
• Support oncology and infusion workflows as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Active Texas RN license (or compact RN license).
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an outpatient clinic, oncology clinic, infusion center, case management, or similar setting.
