Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $60+ per visit

Registered Nurse – Home Health (Rowley, Massachusetts) BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care to clients in Ipswich, Rowley, Newburyport, and surrounding areas. This full‑time, staff position requires at least one year of recent acute clinical experience and preference for Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation experience. Responsibilities Perform 5‑6+ home visits per day in a small geographic territory. Deliver one‑on‑one skilled nursing, interventions, and supportive care according to the individual care plan. Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and provide comfort care. Conduct client assessments, provide education to patients and their families, and monitor patients’ conditions. Complete required Medicare Home Health documentation and OASIS reports. Qualifications Current Massachusetts nursing license in good standing. At least one year of medical/surgical RN experience; preferred but not required. Previous home healthcare experience strongly preferred. Strong critical thinking and communication skills. Pay $58‑63 per point, depending on qualifications.
