Now Hiring: Quality Systems Manager | Norwalk and Freemont OH | $80,000–$90,000 We're seeking an experienced Quality Systems Manager to lead food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance programs for a well-established food manufacturing company. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining GFSI standards, overseeing Quality Assurance and Sanitation functions, leading HACCP initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across the facility. Key Responsibilities Lead food safety, quality, sanitation, and compliance programs Serve as GFSI Compliance Lead and HACCP Team Leader Manage customer, regulatory, and third-party audits Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards Lead investigations, corrective actions, and quality improvements Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Leadership to support plant performance Train employees and foster a strong food safety culture Qualifications 3–5+ years of quality or food safety experience in food manufacturing Experience leading GFSI programs (SQF, BRC, or equivalent) Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, and regulatory requirements Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits $80,000–$90,000 based on experience Medical insurance Company‑paid dental and vision Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company matchPaid vacation Professional development and advancement opportunities If you have a passion for food safety, quality systems, and continuous improvement, I'd love to connect.
