Bowman is seeking a TA Systems Analyst II to remotely support the Talent Acquisition (TA) function by administering the iCIMS ATS, maintaining data integrity, and producing operational reports. You will partner with TA leadership to drive system initiatives, assist with integrations to UKG, manage user access, and guide recruiters on best practices to improve efficiency.
