This position will belocatedat ourAeronautics sectorinMelbourne, FL. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Software Engineering directorate. Conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborate with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, andutilizationof electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determinecomputer user needs. Analyze system capabilities to resolve problemsonprogram intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programmingtechniquesand controls. Prepare operating instructions. Design and develop compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Ensuressoftware standards are met. Pay Range Associate Software Engineer (T01): $65,800 - $98,800 Software Engineer (T02): $79,300 - $118,900 Campusjobs Primary Level Salary Range: $1.00 - $1.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $0.00 - $0.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
