\n We are seeking a  Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a well-established, physician-led medical group in Orlando, FL This is a 100% outpatient opportunity offering high autonomy, partnership potential, and no required inpatient call.\n

\n The incoming physician will join a team that values efficiency, patient-centered care, and innovation, supported by a robust infrastructure and advanced technology (Epic EMR, Olympus scopes, in-house labs, full radiology suite).\n

\n Position Highlights \n

  \n Base Salary: $525,000+ with incentive bonus\n

  \n Productivity Bonus: 25% on net income > $1,050,000\n

  \n Commencement Bonus: $25,000\n

  \n Schedule: Outpatient clinic, 8AM–5PM (Flexible)\n

  \n Procedure Days: 2–4 full days or combination clinic/procedure\n

  \n Typical Volume: 20–25 patients/day; 20–30 scopes/day (full procedure day)\n

• \n

  \n Call: No hospital or ER call; after-hours clinic call only (triaged via answering service)\n

\n Skills & Scope \n

  \n Preferred Procedures: ERCP, EUS, Barrett’s Therapy, Luminal Stents\n

  \n Bread & Butter GI welcome – Advanced skills a plus \n

  \n Credentialing Time: 90–120 days\n
