Same Day Surgery / PACU Registered Nurse (RN) – Permanent
Location: Montrose, CO 81401

  • Schedule: 12-hour Day Shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) + on-call requirements

  • Pay Range: $34.10 – $54.56/hr (based on experience)

  • Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant Same Day Surgery and/or PACU experience

  • Licensure: Must have passed NCLEX

  • Submission Requirements: Resume (with AMS logo), Write-Up, NURSYS

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-op and post-anesthesia patient care

  • Monitor recovery, manage pain, and assess patient status

  • Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safe discharge
