Full-Time Greenskeeper

Webbs Reserve Golf, located in Fort Myers, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Pay Range: $14 per hour Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscape maintenance using hand-held equipment
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers
• Operate small machinery for edging, trimming, and mowing
• Prepare soil beds for sod, seed, and other vegetative material
• Assist with course detailing tasks, including weed and debris cleanup
• Assist with golf course set-up procedures
• Operate utility vehicles for hauling materials and removing debris
• Perform skilled duties based on experience (e.g., pruning, plugging)
• Operate equipment safely and remain aware of others in the work area
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• One month of related experience or training
• Valid driver's license required

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance
