Powder Coat Department Line Worker

Company Location: Dahlonega, GA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Pay: $16.00 per hour

Job Summary

Lingo Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Powder Coat Department as Line Workers. This position supports daily production operations by preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts according to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Hang and remove metal parts on the powder coating line
• Prepare surfaces for coating (cleaning, masking, etc.)
• Inspect coated parts for quality and consistency
• Package finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Steel toe boots are required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (but not required)

Work Environment

• Fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Exposure to industrial equipment and powder coating materials
• Team-oriented environment
