Associate Property Manager

Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and general communication Coordinate and follow up on tenant issues to ensure timely and effective resolution Foster positive tenant relationships to support retention and long‑term occupancy Track lease expirations, renewals, and critical dates Assist with lease data analysis and reporting Summarize tenant financials and assist with monitoring rent collections Assist senior management with reporting related to property performance and profitability Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); property management software experience a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000 Commensurate with Experience Now in our 4th decade, Resource Options, Inc.
