Line Cook - Part Time
Zeko's Italian Restaurant | 1334 S Madison St
Join our culinary team at Zeko's Italian Restaurant, where we pride ourselves on delivering authentic Italian cuisine in a warm and welcoming environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, working closely with our Chef and Sous Chef to create delicious dishes that keep our guests coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assist the Chef and Sous Chef in preparing high-quality meals, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly handled.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned station, adhering to food safety standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or as a line cook preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
