We are looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team located in Tucson, AZ.What You Will Do:Implement reliability strategy across multiple product phases including development, production and sustainmentSupport an engineering team consisting of varying levels of experience and engineering sub-disciplinesConduct and lead analysis efforts supporting system design with respect to product Reliability, Maintainability, and Failure Reporting and Corrective ActionWork in reliability disciplines including FMECA, Predictions and DeratingSupport and lead other Reliability engineers including coachingReview technical documentation for accuracy and compliance with existing standardsQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.Experience with Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Predictions, (Environmental Stress Screening) ESS, Derating, and/or Failure reporting, analysis or corrective actions system (FRACAS).Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.What We Offer:Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
