Strategic Sourcing Manager

Reference: PR/601053_1783978050We are partnering with a global organization seeking a sourcing professional to support enterprise-wide procurement initiatives focused on Professional Services categories. This role offers the opportunity to influence category strategy, supplier relationships, and sourcing outcomes across a complex, global business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of global category strategies for Professional Services spend.Lead and support strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFx events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, spend analysis, and supplier consolidation efforts.Partner with stakeholders across multiple business units to identify savings opportunities, improve supplier performance, and drive procurement best practices.Utilize market intelligence, benchmarking, spend analytics, and total cost of ownership methodologies to support sourcing decisions.Support the negotiation and management of contracts, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and preferred supplier agreements.Contribute to supplier relationship management, category planning, and procurement governance initiatives.Qualifications3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or a related function.Demonstrated experience managing Professional Services categories, including areas such as:Consulting ServicesIT & Technology ServicesManaged ServicesLegal ServicesHuman Resources ServicesMarketing & Creative ServicesFinancial Advisory ServicesBusiness Process Outsourcing (BPO)Strong sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working within a large, complex, and highly matrixed organization.Ability to leverage spend analytics, market intelligence, and cost models to drive procurement decisions and business value.Experience with procurement and sourcing platforms such as Ariba, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, or similar systems.Why Consider This Opportunity?Exposure to global sourcing and category management initiatives.Opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders across multiple business units.High-impact role with visibility across the organization.Collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and value creation.If you have a proven track record sourcing and managing Professional Services categories and enjoy building strategic supplier partnerships while driving measurable business results, we would welcome a conversation
