You will: Drive nursing strategy, quality, and operational effectiveness Lead, mentor, and develop nursing leaders and frontline teams Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, and state regulatory standards Oversee nursing budgets, staffing models, and workforce planning Partner closely with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders Monitor patient outcomes and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives Influence executive decision‑making and long‑term strategic planning How We’ll Support You Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry combines local hospital leadership with the strength and resources of Acadia Healthcare, the nation’s largest stand‑alone behavioral healthcare provider. You’ll receive: Strong collaboration with the local executive leadership team Ongoing mentorship and guidance from corporate nursing leadership Corporate recruiting support to help you build and sustain a high‑performing nursing team Qualifications Active RN license in Ohio (or eligible for reciprocity) Proven nursing leadership experience (CNO, DON, or equivalent) Inpatient behavioral health nursing experience in a psychiatric hospital setting BSN required; MSN or relevant specialty certification preferred Strong strategic, operational, and interpersonal leadership skills 6+ years of RN experience required (10+ years preferred) Minimum 3 years of progressive nursing leadership experience At least 2 years of inpatient behavioral health RN experience Ready to Lead Behavioral Health Care in Ohio?
