Position: Owner-Operator Roll-Off Driver (IW Truck Lease) Location: San Antonio, TX (SAT market) Type: Independent Contractor / Owner-Operator

Independent Waste is a tech-enabled construction & demolition roll-off hauler operating across the Southeast. We pair drivers with a steady stream of work through a modern dispatch platform and driver app — and for drivers without their own equipment, we make it easy to get on the road by leasing a truck directly through IW.
What You'll Do
Pick up, deliver, swap, and haul roll-off containers for construction and demolition customers throughout the Birmingham area. Jobs are dispatched through our driver app with clear pickup details, routing, and documentation.

Requirements
- Valid CDL (Class A or B as applicable)
- Active commercial auto and liability insurance
- Ability to work as an independent contractor
- Clean driving record and professional, customer-facing demeanor
- Smartphone for app-based dispatch
