What You'll Do:

Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in daily operations
Lead and develop shift managers and team members
Ensure outstanding food quality and customer service
Assist with financial responsibilities, such as inventory and cost control
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with food safety standards

What We're Looking For:

Prior leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-paced environment
Strong communication and team-building skills
A passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
