Job Description

Join Eclipse Buys Homes as our next Disposition Manager and play a key role in turning off-market properties into profitable opportunities! You’ll market and sell our wholesale deals to a growing network of real estate investors, builders, and developers while creating urgency, negotiating strong terms, and building lasting buyer relationships.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy position with significant earning potential for someone who is competitive, confident on the phone, and excited by real estate. If you thrive on closing deals, connecting with people, and winning as part of a driven team, we want to meet you.

Compensation:

$85,000+ base plus commission

Responsibilities:

Market and sell off-market properties to investors, builders, landlords, and developers.
Build, maintain, and consistently engage a strong network of qualified cash buyers.
Present deal details, coordinate property showings, and create urgency around available opportunities.
Evaluate and negotiate offers to maximize profitability while maintaining strong buyer relationships.
Verify buyer qualifications, proof of funds, deposits, and closing timelines.
Collaborate with the acquisitions and transaction teams to ensure every deal moves smoothly from contract to closing.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Real Estate License.
Confident communicator with strong phone, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of property values, comparable sales, renovation costs, and investor returns.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple properties, buyers, and deadlines simultaneously.
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
