When the clock hits 11 pm, the floor comes alive. As our Injection Molding Tooling Changeover Specialist, you arrive ready to set the pace. You review the run schedule, pull the next mold, and execute precise changeovers so each press is primed to produce quality parts by the time the first cycle completes.

• Lead mold and tooling changeovers on injection molding presses, then start up the presses to run parts.
• Circulate across a bank of 12–24 injection molding machines, checking that they are producing correctly and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Clean dies after each run so the next team inherits clean, ready-to-use tooling.
• Work confidently with hydraulic, electric, and magnetic clamp systems.

• Third shift: 11 pm to 7:30 am
• Pay: 23.68 – 26.64 per hour, based on experience

• 3 or more years in a plastic injection molding facility or prior plastics manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with injection molding, tool and die mold setup, and blueprint reading.

• Injection molding machines including Engel and Sumitomo
