Pearl Health Clinic (PHC) is a large outpatient multidisciplinary community mental health clinic that commits to each patient by giving them unparalleled treatment that uncovers the worth we all have as human beings. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor who is not only skilled in patient care but also passionate about leading with compassion, teamwork, and hope.

As the LPN Supervisor , you’ll play a key role in guiding and supporting our medical assistants and providers, helping to keep our clinic running smoothly while making sure patients feel welcome and cared for. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on patient care with leadership and collaboration.

Your Day-to-Day

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
• Support, guide, and encourage medical assistants as a team leader
• Help coordinate schedules and patient flow to keep the day running smoothly
• Participate in quality improvement efforts to make care better for patients and staff
• Use Excel and EMRs for tracking, reporting, and communication

Requirements:

• Current Idaho LPN license 
• Leadership Experience Required
• A leader who inspires trust, teamwork, and positivity
• Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling and patient flow
• Experience with Excel and EMR systems preferred
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Successful completion of drug screening and background check
• Someone who is flexible, collaborative, and ready to step in where needed
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 20 pounds
• Outstanding communication skills
