Kinetic Staffing is seeking immediately available Accounting Specialists to support a large-scale corporate project in Wilmington, DE. This project is ideal for accounting professionals with strong reconciliation experience.
These temporary, full-time positions are expected to begin on September 21 and continue through December, with potential to extend. The positions are hybrid within commutable distance to Wilmington, DE for training and other project needs.
Responsibilities
- Review high-volume account and transaction reconciliation reports.
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
- Utilize intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel templates to organize, analyze, and present accounting data.
- Perform related accounting functions as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation throughout the project.
- Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within project deadlines.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, and pre-built templates.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and general ledger reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Immediate availability to begin work on September 21.
- Ability to work onsite in Wilmington, DE for training or other project needs.
Compensation
- $30.00 per hour.
- Temporary, full-time position.
- Hybrid within commutable distance to Wilmington, DE for training and other project needs.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday.
