Cardiology - Electrophysiology Physician

- Patient Volume: Clinic sees adult patients/day
- Hospital: 268-bed facility
- EMR: Cerner
Cath Lab / EP Work:
- Hospital consults: 3 4 per day
- EP cases: 4 6 per day depending on case length
- Cardiac Electrophysiology experience required
- Must have 100 EP cases in the last 2 years in case logs, with strong ablation experience
- Must be comfortable with:
- Ablations
- TEEs
- Moderate sedation independently
- Abbott Ensite-X Mapping System
- Board Certified / Board Eligible
- AZ license required /IMLC accepted
- AZ DEA required
- ACLS required
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
