Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday with possible weekend rotation | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services within a medical/surgical hospital setting
• Float to additional units as needed, including Hospital Based Outpatient and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)
• Evaluate and treat patients to restore or improve functional independence and daily living skills
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using facility EMR system (Redoc)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Arizona
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Ability to float to multiple units including outpatient and acute rehabilitation settings
• Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a medical/surgical or acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with Redoc EMR documentation platform
• Experience working in both inpatient and hospital-based outpatient therapy settings
