Business Broker ILLINOIS / Chicagoland Full Time | 100% Commission | Unlimited Earning Potential

ABOUT THE ROLE Join First Choice Business Brokers as a Business Broker serving the Chicagoland market. You will guide business owners and buyers through one of the most important transactions of their lives from valuation and listing to negotiation and closing. Although most work is done remotely, you must live in the Chicagoland area for client visits.

This is a 100% commission role with unlimited earning potential. Deals typically take 612 months to close. This rewards patient, strategic professionals building a long-term practice not someone looking for quick income or handed leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively prospect for new seller listings through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
• Conduct business valuations and prepare financial analyses
• Market listings, manage buyer inquiries, and facilitate buyer-seller introductions
• Negotiate purchase agreements and coordinate closings with escrow and attorneys
• Follow our proven systems to maximize efficiency and results

REQUIREMENTS

• Background in business, finance, real estate, accounting, banking, or entrepreneurship no prior sales experience required
• Former business owners and career changers strongly encouraged to apply
• Illinois real estate license preferred but not required
• True self-starter with a growth mindset and positive attitude
• Coachable willing to follow a proven system
• Able to read financial statements and tax returns
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
