Responsibilities

Develop personalized insurance programs for new clients based on a thorough discovery process.

Review existing policies for coverage gaps and provide actionable recommendations for protection.

Maintain high standards of accuracy when processing applications and policy changes.

Engage with our local community in Franklin to build lasting referral networks.

Assist clients in navigating the claims process with empathy and clear guidance.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible value for our policyholders.

Requirements

Active Tennessee Property and Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in an insurance agency setting.

Strong command of agency management systems and quoting software.

Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products and coverage limits.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear client interaction.

Proven ability to manage time effectively without direct oversight.
