This rewarding contract opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist who holds an active Oregon SLP License and ASHA CCCs, with a passion for working within K-5 settings. You’ll partner closely with SLPAs and other professionals to deliver high-impact speech and language services, shaping the foundation for student success.

Qualifications:

• Active Oregon SLP License required
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based SLP services
• CFY welcome with strong pediatric/school background
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a service load around 80 students, with a direct caseload under 40
• Flexibility and adaptability working across multiple school sites

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-5 students, collaborating with SLPAs for support
• Complete diagnostic assessments and documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each student’s needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on student progress and goals
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to foster effective communication supports
• Maintain up-to-date, thorough records and track progress toward student goals
• Serve students across three sites: a large shared building with SLPAs, a smaller building with SLPA support, and a small charter school
