Occupational Therapist – RehabilitationSchedule: 7 days per week departmental coverage from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 5-day work week that may include one weekend day.Assignment Details:Contract Length: 26 weeksGuaranteed Hours: Up to 88 hours per two-week periodRequirements:Must possess an active State of HI license by the start of the assignment.Minimum 2 years of experience working with adults in settings such as Acute, SNF, rehabilitation hospitals, or outpatient care.BLS certification is required.Experience with EMR systems (Meditech).Roles & Responsibilities:Perform diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans within the scope of occupational therapy services for patients.Provide professional occupational therapy services for a range of cases, including habilitation and rehabilitation.Manage all occupational therapy services for a designated unit or facility as required.Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.Document therapy services and patient progress in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.Compliance / Notes:Must arrive the Thursday prior to the start date for an employee health appointment on Friday.Client Details:City: HonokaaState: HI
