Concessions Manager with Levy at Indiana UniversityWorking as a Concessions Manager with Levy at Indiana University, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned concession locations within the venue. You will lead and develop a team of hourly and supervisory associates while ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and financial performance. Twice named one of the 10 most innovative companies in sports by Fast Company magazine and one of the top three Best Employers for Diversity in America by Forbes, Levy's diverse portfolio includes award-winning restaurants; iconic sports and entertainment venues, zoos and cultural institutions, theaters, and convention centers; as well as the Super Bowl, Grammy Awards, US Open Tennis Tournament, Kentucky Derby, and NHL, MLB, NBA, NFL, and MLS All-Star Games.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all concession operations during athletic events and special events, ensuring efficient service, product quality, and guest satisfaction.Lead, train, coach, and develop concession supervisors and frontline team members.Ensure compliance with Levy, Indiana University, and local health and safety standards.Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs to achieve budget and profitability goals.Collaborate with culinary and warehouse teams to maintain proper inventory levels and product availability.Maintain excellent relationships with guests, clients, university partners, and fellow departments.Analyze operational results and implement strategies to improve efficiency, revenue, and guest experience.Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management activities for concessions team members.Preferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 2-4 years of foodservice, concessions, hospitality, or retail management experience required.Experience managing high-volume operations in sports, entertainment, or event venues preferred.Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.Knowledge of inventory management, labor planning, and financial accountability.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/point-of-sale systems.ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred.Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and Indiana University athletic events.Curious about Life at Levy?
