We are seeking an experienced Medical Director with a background in leadership to fulfill an integral role and join a small animal practice in Sebastopol, California. The medical director is responsible for establishing the medical quality and direction of the hospital without the pressure of ownership. This position is responsible for the veterinary hospital’s overall financial performance while fulfilling duties of a staff veterinarian.

Qualifications: DVM or equivalent from an accredited university, current DEA license, stays up to date with veterinary medicine, completes minimum of 30 hours of CE per year. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to multi-task efficiently. This position oversees administration and ensures medical standards are implemented in the hospital.
