Role Description The Marketing and Events Coordinator is an on‑site role based in Laguna Niguel, CA, responsible for planning and executing tradeshows and events that promote the Magtein brand. Day‑to‑day tasks include coordinating event logistics, managing timelines, vendor relationships, and budgets, and supporting the design and distribution of event and promotional materials. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across trade shows, consumer events, sampling campaigns, and community outreach. The coordinator will also handle attendee communication, maintain event calendars, track performance metrics, and provide post‑event reporting to inform future marketing strategies. Will support marketing initiative as required. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Event Planning and Event Management to coordinate logistics, schedules, and on‑site execution. Candidates should possess Event Marketing skills to promote events, drive attendance, and support brand visibility. Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with attendees, partners, and internal teams professionally. Experience collaborating with marketing teams, vendors, and venues to deliver high‑quality events. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
