Legacy Blooms Senior Solutions is seeking a compassionate, dependable Senior Care Specialist to provide high-quality, person-centered support to our residents. This is a hands-on caregiving position with additional responsibility for helping guide care staff and supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages
• Complete routine housekeeping, laundry, and sanitation duties
• Provide companionship and encourage resident participation in activities
• Conduct resident safety checks and promptly report changes or concerns
• Provide medication reminders within authorized scope and company policy
• Complete accurate shift notes, resident checks, incident reports, and other required documentation
• Transport and escort residents to approved medical appointments and other authorized destinations when assigned
• Assist with coordinating shift responsibilities and ensuring resident care, meals, cleaning, laundry, safety checks, and documentation are completed
• Provide guidance and support to Care Specialists and newly hired team members
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundaries at all times
