Manager, Product Management & Business Development - Industrial Sensing

As a Manager, Product Management & Business Development – Industrial Sensing here at Honeywell, you will be using your understanding of customers, markets, products, and competitive dynamics to drive growth of Honeywell's Industrial Sensing business globally. In this combined Product Management and Business Development role, you will identify market opportunities, define product strategies and roadmaps, develop growth plans, and lead customer engagement to expand business in existing and emerging markets.You will report directly to our Director of Portfolio Management and you’ll work out of our Richardson, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.You will act as the voice of the customer and work closely with Engineering, Offering Management, Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to translate customer needs into product innovations and commercial success. You will be responsible for both shaping the product portfolio and driving adoption through strategic customer relationships, new business opportunities, partnerships, and channel expansion. You will also collaborate across Honeywell businesses to identify solutions opportunities and accelerate growth of sensing technologies in targeted applications and verticals. WE VALUEBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.MBA or advanced training in Product Management, Marketing, Business Strategy, or Operations.Experience in Industrial Automation, Data Centers, Electronic Systems, Sensors, or OEM markets.Demonstrated success launching new products and driving market adoption.Experience managing product portfolios and product lifecycle activities.Strong strategic thinking, innovation mindset, and business leadership capabilities.Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
