Forklift Operator

1st and 2nd Shift

Pay: Up to $19hr

Responsibilities

• Operated sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, and pallet jack equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Loaded and unloaded trucks, trailers, and shipping containers while ensuring product integrity.
• Transported raw materials, finished goods, and inventory to designated storage and staging areas.
• Conducted daily forklift inspections and reported maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Verified incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy against packing slips and shipping documents.
• Maintained accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Stacked, organized, and stored products in racking systems according to company procedures.

Work Environment

The role is based in a warehouse environment within the returns section of a large facility in Louisville. You will work on either first or second shift in a fast-paced setting with continuous physical activity such as lifting and moving packages. This is a climate controlled enviornment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
