Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs. Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each individual's unique situation.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy using a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental wellness.
• Provide crisis intervention support, utilizing your expertise to assist clients in distressing situations, whether through remote consultations or moment-to-moment crisis management.
• Engage actively in interdisciplinary collaboration, coordinating care with other health professionals, including primary care doctors and specialty providers.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs designed to raise mental health awareness and reduce stigma in Tullahoma and surrounding areas.
