The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily front-of-house operations at Dellshire Resort's off-site restaurant Dawn Manor. This role ensures exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and a positive team environment while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

The Restaurant Manager leads service operations, manages staff performance, supports revenue goals, and ensures a memorable dining experience that reflects Dellshire Resort's commitment to exceptional service, quality, and guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations including service, staffing, and guest experience.
• Supervise front-of-house team members including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
• Create and manage team schedules based on business levels and operational needs.
• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and hospitality expectations are consistently met.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns or feedback.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to support service excellence.
• Monitor labor costs and assist with managing departmental budgets.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, alcohol service regulations, and health standards.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control initiatives.
• Support special events, promotions, and high-volume service periods.
• Assist with pre-opening preparation and operational readiness for the restaurant.

What are we looking for?

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of restaurant leadership experience in a hospitality or resort environment.
• Strong leadership, team development, and guest service skills.
• Experience managing high-volume dining environments.
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operational reporting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
