Project Manager – Electrical Construction (Data Center Builds)

Direct Hire | Travel Role | Atlanta, GA & Jackson, MS

Lead high-profile, large-scale data center new builds for a confidential client. This role offers long-term project stability (through 2027+), strong field leadership opportunities, and the chance to manage multi-building campus projects with complex electrical scopes.

• Direct placement with long-term, high-value projects
• Weekly flights home + monthly per diem
• Work on cutting-edge data center infrastructure
• Significant autonomy and leadership over large field teams

• Lead all electrical construction activities across multiple buildings, including power distribution, paneling, low voltage, cabling, and data infrastructure
• Drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and with top-tier safety and quality
• Manage field teams, subcontractors, and vendors while building strong relationships with GCs and clients
• Oversee project financials, scheduling, and resource planning
• Partner cross-functionally with estimating, purchasing, and workforce teams to ensure smooth execution
• Mentor and develop field leadership while fostering a high-performance, accountability-driven culture

• 3–5+ years of experience with an electrical contractor managing large-scale construction projects
• Proven success on data centers, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical builds
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, low voltage, and structured cabling
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in fast-paced, travel-heavy environments
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore or similar)

• Full-time travel role (Mon–Fri on site, home on weekends)
• Primary locations: Atlanta, GA & Jackson, MS
• Field-based, hands-on leadership in a fast-paced construction environment

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
